Presentation of an internship in Ireland

Introduction

During this oral I will tell you about the company where I did my internship and an activity that I realized during the Erasmus trip to Ireland in a spar.

Lieu de stage (Norauto)

My place of internship is the company called Norauto. I work in Norauto which is in Trets and which is located in a commercial area. The store employees are 5 mechanics and 4 sellers and finally the manager. The store manager was my tutor.

Norauto is a chain of stores known in the world, which sells products and parts for cars. Customers can buy car parts and have their cars repaired at the same point of sale

The atmosphere in the store is family and dynamic there are good working condition

there are different tasks to be carried out in the store such as selling, making appointments for repairs...

Personally what I like the most is the relationship with customers.

Activité Irland

I did this activity in a spar in Dublin during my Erasmus mobility.

During this activity I welcomed a client who wanted a sandwich. I took that order and gave it to the person making the sandwiches. Once the sandwich was finished, I gave it to the customer to collect.

One of the difficulties is the fact that I do not understand all the words during a dialogue. One of the advantages of this activity is that it allowed me to improve my English

this activity will have been a good experience which will have allowed me to discover a new culture and improve my English.
