ANNUAL ACTIVITY REPORT

1-PERSONNAL PRESENTATION

My name is CHEVALIER Alexandre, I am 24 years old. I have got a A level in accountancy and I work for ZAZ company.

Currently, I am preparing my HNC as a Personal Assistant in a sandwich course with the ECM and ZAZ which is a selling company.

I chose this firm, because I absolutely want to work in an administrative department.

2- PRESENTATION OF MY COMPANY

HISTORY

ZAZ was created in August 2013 under the denomination of LLC. It is located in SAINT-JOSEPH at 86 rue Raphaël Babet.

ORGANISATION WORK

ZAZ is run by Mister CHEVALIER Alexandre and employs only two personnes, my brother as a seller and I as a Personal Assistant.

There are two others personnes who are actionnary in this company and Mister CHEVALIER Philippe was my tutor since I work in this entreprise.

About the competitors of ZAZ, we can notice two bakers, one company which sells tobacco and bingo and one petrol station.

3- MY ROLE IN THE COMPANY (ACTIVITIES)

MY ROLE

In this firm, I work in the administrative department. I do mainly administrative task but I work too in front office in direct contact with buyers.

I think I can say that my brother and me are really hardworkers since two years. In fact, there are two years we had to buy this company and created our own family society.

OPEN HOUR

Of course, I go one day per week at the center to learn but my market is open seven day a week and to 7 am to 7 pm, we no close for hollyday or a break lunch.

To proove that, the past year we were open 364 on 365 days. We had must close the market only one day in 2014 because there was a cyclone. So the prefectrure forbidd all people to go out of their homes.

PERSONAL WORK TIME

Personnaly, I work as seller Monday, Wenesday Saturday and Sunday in the market and I go in course the Tuesday.

And no forgot all the administrative tasks next my work in the market.
